JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an attentive and organized Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining efficient operations by handling incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring high-quality packing standards, and contributing to overall warehouse maintenance. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will have a significant impact on our operations and contribute to the critical inbound and outbound processes of our company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• • Manage up to 3 sprinter vans traveling across the country delivering and picking up goods along the route
  • Coordinate with customers and carriers to ensure accurate customer information, complete/undamaged deliveries 
  • Prepare all necessary paperwork with accurate customer information
  • Assist with unloading and loading vans when necessary
  • Occasionally book freight shipments 
  • Communicate with customers through email/phone

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication skills and proper grammatical knowledge
• Ability to multitask and prioritize with great follow up skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to assist drivers 
• Ability to work in Park City, UT Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
• Ability to work overtime when necessarily (on a weekly basis) 
• Logistics or freight experience preferred
