Marilyn Carson's career has been defined by her expertise in management, human resources, and accounting. Her journey began at Colorado State University, where she acquired her educational foundation. She entered the corporate world in the benefits administration department of a manufacturing company, where her leadership skills were evident as she managed a workforce of 250 employees. Progressing through the ranks, she eventually assumed the role of Director of Human Resources. Following a period dedicated to her family, where she played the pivotal role of CFO of her household, Marilyn re-entered the professional arena with a fresh perspective. She has contributed to the growth of several startups in the aesthetics field, providing essential services in accounting, logistics, and human resources. Marilyn's hallmark traits include being detail-oriented and exceptionally organized, skills that contribute to her ability to maintain a smooth workflow in various professional settings. In her leisure hours, Marilyn indulges her love for reading, paddle boarding, and hiking, activities that resonate with her passion for the outdoors. Yet, her most cherished moments are those spent with her family, which includes the beloved French bulldog, Ruby.

Dale Koop, PhD

Chief Scientific Officer

In 2022, Dale made a significant addition to MRP as the Chief Scientific Officer, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team. Armed with a Ph.D. in Physics from the esteemed Caltech, he has marked his path as an influential innovator. Dale's innovation prowess shines through his impressive portfolio, boasting more than 20 patents to his name. He is renowned for pioneering groundbreaking advancements, including the first commercial applications for laser skin resurfacing at Coherent, and for non-ablative resurfacing at Cooltouch. His legacy also includes the development of the Ultrapulse laser and scanner in 1991, as well as the invention of the first fractional laser in 1994. He played a pivotal role in introducing transformative products such as Acupulse, M22, Sciton Skintyte, Sciton BBL, and Sciton ProFractional. Beyond his impressive professional journey, Dale's entrepreneurial spirit has led him to found companies like Perigee Medical, Cellviva, and Peribio, each contributing to the advancement of healthcare and technology. A native of Los Angeles, Dale's roots are deep in Southern California. However, he currently calls the San Francisco Bay Area home, where he continues to channel his diverse interests. In 2022, Shaun Groat assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer at MRP, enriching the team with his extensive financial expertise. With a remarkable career spanning over two decades, Shaun's experience spans the spectrum from large, global, multibillion-dollar publicly traded organizations to fast-growing, entrepreneurial-driven startup environments. Originally hailing from the heartland of Michigan, Shaun's educational foundation includes a B.A. in finance from Michigan State University and an MBA from Wake Forest University. Beyond the realm of finance, Shaun is an enthusiastic cyclist who cherishes time spent with his family. Kate Heath assumed the role of Chief of Sales at MRP in 2023, bringing an impressive career spanning over 16 years in the Aesthetic industry to the team. Her most recent tenure as Senior Director at Candela Medical saw her overseeing critical aspects such as clinical day-to-day operations, business development, and inside sales. Kate's proficiency extends to various facets of the field, including selling capital devices, business development, and nearly a decade of practice management experience. Outside her professional life, Kate thrives on the joys of personal time. She finds immense fulfillment in spending quality moments with her family, exploring the wonders of travel, and actively engaging in a wide array of physical activities.

Brian Krzeminski

Chief Technology Officer

In 2023, Brian Krzeminski joined MRP in the prestigious role of Chief Technology Officer. With an impressive career spanning over 25 years in technology leadership, he has made a name for himself through his expertise in growth strategies, operational optimization, and his ability to guide cross-functional business units to achieve remarkable scale. Brian's entrepreneurial spirit has been the driving force behind his success, enabling him to not only run his own technology companies but also emerge as a prominent leader in high-growth enterprises. Educationally, Brian holds an MBA from the University of Denver, complemented by a bachelor's degree in computer science from the Missouri University of Science and Technology. Cole Whitaker

Chief Commercial Officer

Cole Whitaker has spent the past two decades in medical aesthetics. He founded Belmont Laser in 2006 as a regional distributor for 15 device manufacturers. In addition to sales management, he worked with manufacturers to build protocols for emerging technologies and launched over a dozen devices to market. Cole has worked with some of the premier brands in the Industry in sales, technology and clinical leadership positions. His time at Cutera taught him scale to understand how to grow beyond the previous limitations. Lumenis taught him professionalism with many global speaking opportunities and national prominence with their Key Opinion Leaders. Cartessa taught him velocity as he launched some of the most disruptive technologies in the market as Senior VP of Technology. Cole joins Powered By MRP as Chief Commercial Officer with a vast understanding of devices and the industry, as well as excellent relationships within the medical community.

Mason Golden

EVP of Marketing

Mason joined MRP in 2023 and has taken on multiple key roles in his short tenure. Prior to joining MRP, he worked in various sales and sales training roles for manufacturers including Palomar, Cynosure, Alma Lasers, and Lumenis. Then he spent 5 years managing aesthetics for the 50-location dermatology group California Skin Institute, driving revenue from $10 million to $20 million. Currently, Mason is using his vast experience to lead the MRP Marketing efforts and support downstream product strategy.

Luka Arutyunyan

Service Team Support

In 2023, MRP welcomed Luka Arutyunyan to the team as a MET Service member. Prior to joining MRP, Luka held a pivotal role in a finance company, where he managed crucial operations. Hailing from the picturesque town of Sandy, Utah, Luka is deeply rooted in his local community. In his leisure time, he finds solace in the harmonious tunes of music and is known to strum the guitar with passion. Additionally, Luka's love for the outdoors leads him to enthusiastically embrace various outdoor activities.

Serge Arzumann

Operations Specialist

Serge became a valued member of MRP in 2023, assuming the role of Operations Specialist Logistics Coordinator. With a robust professional history in logistics, distribution, and retail, he contributes a wealth of knowledge gained from four years of experience. Prior to joining our team, Serge served as a technician in the medical industry. Although originally hailing from Armenia, Serge has called Utah home since the tender age of three. Serge's passion extends beyond his professional pursuits; he is an avid learner with a keen interest in business, cinema, health, and fitness. He cherishes moments of relaxation, often spending quality time with his girlfriend, his canine companion, and his beloved family.

Vanessa Avila Esparza

Operations Specialist

In 2023, Vanessa Avila Esparza became a pivotal member of MRP, assuming the role of Operations Specialist. With a wealth of experience, Vanessa has dedicated over a decade to tech support and customer service. Originally hailing from the vibrant streets of Mexico City, Vanessa has called Utah her home for more than two decades, making her an integral part of the local community. Vanessa's zest for life shines through her diverse interests. She's passionate about dancing to the infectious rhythms of Latin music, showcasing her athletic prowess on the soccer field, and embarking on exciting hiking adventures. Above all, she cherishes quality time spent with her family. During her academic journey at Utah State University, Vanessa even ventured into the world of rugby, further demonstrating her dynamic and versatile character.

Adam Beals

Shipping and Receiving Specialist

In January 2022, Adam Beals made a significant addition to the MRP team, taking on the role of Shipping and Receiving Specialist. Before joining MRP, he honed his skills in the technology industry as a technician, showcasing his problem-solving abilities and knack for finding solutions. A true Utah native, Adam's roots run deep in the picturesque landscapes of the state. However, he's also a seasoned traveler, having journeyed through nearly half of the United States. Lance Beckstrom joined MRP in 2024 as an Inventory Manager. He brings 12 years of operations and logistics experience having previously worked at Ryder Systems Inc and Rockwell Automation. He was born and raised in Seattle and also holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Idaho. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, fishing and spending time with his family.

Jeff Bird

Director of Biomedical Engineer

Jeff joined MRP in 2019 as Director, Biomedical Engineering. Previously he spent 30 years specializing in the manufacturing and service of surgical and aesthetic medical lasers with an engineering degree in Laser/Electro Optics. Jeff enthusiastically looks forward to making your experience with MRP exceptional and can assist you with the service and support of all your aesthetic medical laser equipment. Jeff is originally from Pocatello, Idaho, and enjoys being with family and friends, playing guitar, concerts, music, and being outdoors camping, ATV’ing, 4wheeling, kayaking, or hiking.

Brett Camerota

Brett Camerota became part of MRP in 2023, taking on the role of Senior Accountant. Prior to joining our team, he dedicated six years to his accounting career at both Surefoot and Frontrunners. He also gained valuable experience during his two-year tenure at Brydge Technologies. Brett's educational background is rooted in finance, having graduated from Westminster College in Salt Lake City with a degree in finance. He furthered his academic pursuits by earning a Master's in Accounting from the Keller Graduate School of Management. Originally hailing from the picturesque Park City, Utah, Brett's upbringing was marked by his involvement in the sport of Nordic combined. His dedication and talent led him to participate in the 2006 and 2010 Olympics, a testament to his extraordinary commitment to sports. In his free time, Brett has shifted his focus to the thrill of backcountry skiing and enjoys engaging in various outdoor activities with his family.

James Clark joined MRP in 2021 as a Product Specialist. Previously he worked in the insurance industry for over 10 years and helped start Homie Insurance for the tech company Homie. James specializes in purchasing used medical equipment for MRP. He is originally from Sandy Utah, loves skiing and snowboarding, hiking, camping, fishing or anything outdoors.

Barbara Cornish

Head of Product Management

Barbara Cornish joined the MRP team in 2020 and has transitioned as the VP, Marketplace Business Development. Before MRP, Barbara ran the Healthcare category for two years on eBay as the Sr. Category Manager along with other roles during her four years there. Barbara spent 15 years at Intel as a Field Sales Engineer and a Retail Marketing Manager. Barbara also brings with her expertise in consumer technology, B2B, e-commerce, and business development. Barbara is originally from Brooklyn, New York but has spent most of her life in Huntington Beach where she resides with her husband and adult kids. Barbara enjoys the outdoors, volunteering, and serving her community.

Bernadette Cordova-Stavis joined MRP in 2016 as Director of Logistics. Previously, she worked as Sales Executive for Roadrunner Transportation she has been in the freight industry for over 25 years. Bernadette is originally from Santa Ana, California. In her spare time, she likes to bike, cook, and loves to spend time with her family. Bernadette is the MRP party planner and loves to set up events for the office.

Ying Fetzer became part of MRP in 2023, taking on the role of AP Clerk. Prior to this, she served as an Accounting Assistant at Fetzer Architecture Woodwork. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from BYU Hawaii. Originally from Guangzhou, China, Ying not only demonstrates proficiency in her professional field but also has a passion for volleyball and a deep love for video games.

Trevor Fronk

Director of Biomedical Engineer

Trevor Fronk joined MRP in 2020 as a Biomedical Engineer. Previously, he worked for 10 years at Lumenis as a Global Service Product Manager. During his past work experience, he was an expert on 16 Lumenis devices. This expertise allowed him to travel the world training other engineers on how to repair and maintain medical lasers and devices. Trevor can assist with Co2, Diode, Qswitch, Pulsed Light, and other energy-based medical systems. Trevor is originally from Bountiful, UT. In his spare time, he enjoys adventures with his family, tinkering, and playing his guitars.

Chad Goodfellow

Biomedical Engineer

Chad Goodfellow joined MRP in 2022 as a Biomedical Engineer. He has spent the past 20 years working as a Field Service Engineer specializing in multiple medical imaging modalities. Chad has worked for both third-party and OEM companies including GE Medical and BC Technical. He has also spent time in the classroom as an instructor of several nuclear med systems. Chad was born and raised in Midvale, Utah. In his spare time, he enjoys restoring and building traditional hot rods, as well as camping with friends and family.

Elodie Gourgeon

Elodie joined MRP in 2019 as the Sales Manager. Previously, she worked in Delivery Operations at Tesla. Elodie can help with purchasing, selling, servicing, or training on any devices in your office. Elodie is originally from France. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and spending time with her 2 cats.

Chris Gray joined MRP in Feb 2022 as an eComm Specialist (Listing). Previously worked at Sportsmans Warehouse as an Assistant Site Merchandiser / Product Information Manager as well as Pricing & Promotions Coordinator. Additionally worked at Fanzz as eCommerce Merchandiser and Product Photographer, where several of his Photos were displayed on the JumboTron during Utah Jazz Games. Born and raised in Murray, Utah, Chris has a passion for Animation & Animating also enjoys Disk Golf, Exploring, Tinkering, and Gaming.

With a solid background in public accounting across both the bustling Atlanta and scenic Salt Lake markets, Joe has honed his financial expertise. Prior to joining us, he made significant contributions at Backcountry and Boart Longer. Hailing from the vibrant city of Atlanta, Georgia, Joe carries a passionate loyalty to his hometown sports teams. Outside the world of numbers and spreadsheets, you'll find him immersed in quality time with his wife, son, and the delightful canine members of his family.

Braden Harman

Lead Practice Specialist

Braden joined MRP in 2020 as a Product Specialist. Before MRP, he was in the agricultural industry consulting and selling both domestically and internationally. He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Agribusiness. Originally from Idaho, he enjoys being outside fishing, snowmobiling, golfing, and doing anything in the mountains. Braden lived a couple years in Chile and is fluent in Spanish.

Allen Hempel

Logistics Manager

Allen Hempel joined MRP team in 2023. He is a transplant from Kansas City, Missouri, Go Chiefs!, and have been in Utah since 2022. He has a BBA in business administration and currently in graduate school pursuing his MBA. He has extensive experience in warehousing and logistics and for the last two years he has been in a hybrid role where he oversaw all of logistics, inventory, shipping and receiving for a barcode manufacturing company. Allen is an avid pickle ball player and he is always looking for competitive games.

Josh Hetherton

Shipping and Receiving Specialist

In 2022, Josh Hetherton became an integral part of MRP as a Procurement Specialist, bringing with him a diverse skill set cultivated in Asset Management, Problem Solving, and Customer Service. Although originally from England, Josh has called Utah home for over a decade. Beyond the world of procurement, Josh finds joy in the fast-paced world of Motorsport, keeps his energy up with running, and unwinds by indulging in the captivating realms of TV shows and movies. In 2023, Ali Hilferty became a valued member of MRP as a Staff Accountant, leveraging her background as a Business Analyst. Hailing from South Carolina, Ali's professional ethos is defined by teamwork, a strong desire to learn, and seamless integration with the team's culture. Daniel Holzrichter

Practice Analyst

Daniel has come from over 7 years of luxury sales through working with Alps & Meters, a luxury ski wear brand out of Boston. He is motivated to help curate and cultivate extensive client relationships and to help grow MRP as a whole. Daniel studied Kinesiology at the University of Utah where he furthered his passion for human anatomy, medicine, and overall health. Combining both his sales experience and love for medicine, Daniel found his niche here at MRP as an Account Manager on the sales team. In his free time, you can find him on the slopes skiing with friends and family, fly fishing on the Provo river, or golfing one of the many courses here in Utah.

Benjamin Horton

Operations Specialist

Benjamin embarked on his logistics journey at MRP in March 2024. With a background in construction, startup ventures, and restaurant management, he brings a blend of problem-solving, coordination, and customer service skills. From co-owning a construction firm in Salt Lake City to launching a startup with his father in Idaho, Benjamin's diverse experiences have shaped his approach. As a former restaurant general manager, he mastered interpersonal communication and team leadership. Now, at MRP, Benjamin leverages his versatile background to streamline operations and deliver exceptional service to clients, showcasing adaptability, resilience, and a commitment to excellence.

Matthew joined MRP in 2023 as AP Manager. He has a Bachelor’s in Accounting and 7 years of accounting experience. He previously came from Weave where he was Senior Accountant and then AP Manager, after that he was the AP Manager for CallTower. Matthew is originally from Noel Missouri; however, he grew up mostly in Rifle Colorado. Matthew enjoys hiking, camping, traveling, food, and Crossfit.

Frank Huseman joined MRP in January 2022 as a Product Specialist. He had recently received a Master's in Business Administration after a career shift from 8 years of studying and practicing as a Clinical Psychologist. Having moved to Utah from Vermont, he pursues biking and climbing adventures, as well as maintaining skills in bicycle mechanics and woodworking.

Lenard joined MRP in 2023 in the role of Biomedical Engineer. He graduated from Idaho State University with an Associate of Applied Technology and Laser Electro Optics Degree. He worked at Coherent/Lumenis for 32 years as Field Service Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, Trainer, Global Service Manager, and Production Technician. Lenard is excited to use his experience in helping MRP Customers have great success. Lenard enjoys spending time with his 4 children and grandchildren. He loves to visit the beautiful Bear Lake Valley where he grew up and loves having fun with Videography as a hobby.

McKay Johnson

Laser Match Business Unit Manager

McKay Joined MRP in 2023 as Business Unit Manager of Laser Match. Previously, he was with a Private Lending company specializing in Commercial Equipment Financing and has 10+ years experience in Business Development. He loves surrounding himself with friends and family. In his freetime, you'll find McKay adventuring his love for music, golf, basketball and mountain biking.

Nate Johnson

Inventory Specialist

Nate became an essential part of MRP in 2023, assuming the role of Inventory Specialist. With a robust professional foundation in operations and logistics, he brings in a commendable six years of experience, enhancing the team with his expertise. Originally from West Jordan, Nate infuses his passion for weightlifting and the art of cooking into his daily life, adding depth and balance to his endeavors both in and out of the workplace.

Donald Kimball

Don became a valued member of MRP in 2021, taking on the role of a Biomedical Engineer. His prior experience includes servicing medical devices for Lumenis, marking his proficiency in the field. Hailing from Sandy, UT, Don adds his expertise to the team along with his Utah roots. Outside the realm of biomedical engineering, Don finds solace and joy in the company of his family, especially reveling in the presence of his grandchildren. His interests span from the tranquil and observant hobby of bird watching to the excitement of traveling. Among his favorite destinations, Yellowstone National Park holds a special place in his heart, perhaps due to its natural beauty and allure.

Hailing from Alpharetta, GA, Maryneal brings a blend of expertise and Georgia charm to the team. Annika Lacroze

Practice Analyst

Annika joined MRP in January 2024. Born and raised in New York, after earning a double major in Cellular Biology and Economics, along with a minor in Chemistry from Case Western Reserve University, Annika relocated to Utah. Prior to joining MRP, she gained valuable experience in clinical medicine as a critical care EMT and clinical associate.Outside of work, Annika embraces adventure. Whether she's skiing down the mountains, hiking with her dogs Chap, Hubert, and Inca, or exploring off-road trails in Moab, she's always seeking outdoor thrills. Sterling Design Studio LLC. He is originally from Smithfield Utah, a small town just North of Logan and just South of the Idaho Border. He enjoys drawing, table-top gaming, and running his design business in his free time.
